Mixture of selected coffees from the best African, Asian and Central American crops characterized by an excellent body enhanced by slow and dark roasting.

Roasting

The Robusta and Arabica coffees that make up the mixture are roasted separately with different cooking degrees to bring out the characteristics of the individual varieties.

Aroma

Strong and full-bodied blend inspired by the Neapolitan tradition. It is advisable to dispense Ristretto in a small cup to appreciate its roundness, strength and slight woody aftertaste accompanied by light chocolate notes.
